These Terms govern your access to and use of PodsOffline, operated by Reloom Studios Private Limited. These Terms also serve as our End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for the mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using our app or website, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Who can use PodsOffline
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration, keep your account details secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
2. What PodsOffline is
PodsOffline is a community platform that helps users discover and join local pods for intentional, phone-free activities: reading, walking, drawing, cooking, and other offline rituals. We provide the platform. Pods are created and hosted by other users.
3. Subscriptions
Where PodsOffline offers paid plans or auto-renewable subscriptions, pricing and billing terms will be shown before you complete payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. User conduct
You agree not to: violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others including intellectual property rights, harass or harm other users, post false or misleading content, impersonate any person or entity, interfere with the service or servers, use automated systems without authorisation, or collect information about other users without consent.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you create on PodsOffline. By posting it, you grant Reloom Studios Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display it solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.
6. Your GDPR rights
Where applicable, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact connect@podsoffline.com. We will respond within 30 days as required by law.
7. Child safety
Any use of PodsOffline to harm, exploit, or endanger minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement. Report concerns to safety@podsoffline.com.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via app settings or by contacting connect@podsoffline.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
9. Limitation of liability
PodsOffline is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, what happens at pods arranged through the platform, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You attend activities at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reloom Studios Private Limited, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.
11. Changes to these terms
We will notify you of material changes by email or via the app before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
