PodsOffline and Reloom Studios Private Limited are committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

What is strictly prohibited

• Sharing, creating, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
• Any sexual content involving individuals under the age of 18
• Any activity that endangers the safety or wellbeing of children
• Attempting to contact minors for inappropriate purposes
• Sharing personal information of minors without consent

Violations result in immediate account termination, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement. There are no second chances on this.

How we respond

All child safety reports are prioritised for immediate review. We maintain automated detection systems, manual moderation by trained reviewers, and cooperation with law enforcement and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Detection and removal

PodsOffline maintains systems and processes designed to detect, report, review, and remove child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other prohibited content. Where appropriate, we cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities and report to the NCMEC and similar organisations.

Compliance

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and platform requirements from Google Play and the Apple App Store, including mandatory reporting obligations and cooperation with lawful investigations. This includes laws regarding the protection of children online, mandatory reporting requirements for child abuse, and international child protection standards.

User reporting mechanism

Every user profile, message, and piece of content on PodsOffline has an in-app report option. Child safety reports are flagged as high priority and reviewed ahead of the standard queue. You can also submit concerns directly by email at any time.

Emergency situations

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement immediately. Do not wait to report through our platform. Every second matters in an emergency situation.
