Get going

Onboarding your club, in plain English.

01

Claim your club.

Tell us what you run, a Sunday run crew in Bandra, a Tuesday supper in Brooklyn, a monthly fiction swap in Soho. Pick the activity, the city, the cadence. Two minutes.

02

Set the rules of your house.

Public, invite-only, or unlisted. Cap the size. Choose whether new requests need your approval. Add a per-event fee if you want to. Toggle photo verification on. It's your room, set the temperature.

03

Bring your people across.

One private invite link. Drop it in your existing WhatsApp, Discord, or Instagram bio. Members tap it, install the app once, and they're in. No data import. No spreadsheets.

04

Schedule the whole season in one sitting.

Recurring events with one toggle. RSVPs cap automatically. Members get a heads-up the day before and just before they leave the house. Attendance is logged. The Sunday morning runs itself.

05

Let new members find you.

If your pod is public, it'll appear in city + activity discovery (e.g. our run clubs page). Featured pods land in the weekly city newsletter. New members arrive and actually show up.

Toolkit

Everything you actually need.
Nothing you don't.

We built this with real club hosts in the room. We left out the dashboards nobody opens.

📅

Recurring scheduling

Weekly, fortnightly, monthly. Set once, edit any single instance without breaking the pattern.

💬

Direct member messaging

Broadcast to the whole pod or 1:1. Push notifications by default. Read receipts off, on purpose.

🔗

Private invite links

One link to drop wherever your members already are. Set an expiry, revoke any time.

Photo-verified members

Every member is verified before they can join. You don't have to be the bouncer.

💳

Charge for paid events

Cover materials for pottery, ingredients for a supper, or a coach's hour. We handle checkout and refunds quietly in the background.

📊

Attendance you can trust

Tap to check-in on the day. See who's showing up consistently and who's a recurring no-show.

🚪

Approve, defer, or block

Approve requests one-tap. Add a question. Block bad actors permanently, for your pod and the platform.

📣

Featured by us

Strong hosts get surfaced in city discovery, the weekly newsletter, and our social channels. No "DM us" required.

Real human support

A safety report goes to a trained human, fast. There's a number to call for hosts.

Hosts ask us

Honest answers.

Will my pod show up to strangers?
Only if you want it to. Pods can be Public (in discovery), Invite-Only (request to join, you approve), or Link-Based (private, only people with the link can request). Most clubs we onboard run hybrid: a public-facing main pod and an invite-only inner ring.
I run something niche. Will it work?
It usually works better. Pods is built around recurring, specific activities, and our discovery surface rewards specificity. "Slow drawing Sundays" finds the four people in your borough who actually want that. "Hangouts" don't.
What if a member is a problem?
One tap to remove them from your pod. One more to ban from your entire club. Bad actors get reviewed by our trust team and can be removed from the platform. Hosts have a dedicated escalation channel for urgent situations.
Can I import my WhatsApp/Eventbrite list?
We don't do email imports (privacy reasons). What works: drop your private invite link into your existing channels. Members install the app once and are in. Most clubs migrate this way within a week.
What's the catch?
No catch. The honest answer: we make money when the platform grows, and the platform grows when great hosts make it worth showing up. So we have a small Featured Hosts program (free) where we promote your pods. You're not obligated to anything. You can leave any time and we'll export your member list for you.
Ready to bring it here?
