Refund Policy

We believe you should only pay for something that works for you. Here is how we handle money, clearly.

This Refund Policy applies to PodsOffline, a product of Reloom Studios Private Limited.

Free tier

The core experience on Pods Offline is free. Joining pods, Self Mode, and browsing your city costs nothing.

Paid plans and subscriptions

If you upgrade to a paid plan, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Refund window

If you were charged in error, or you contact us within 7 days of your first payment and have not meaningfully used the paid features, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

After the refund window

Outside of 7 days, we assess requests case by case. If something on our end caused the problem, we will always make it right. If you simply changed your mind, we may offer credit toward a future billing cycle instead.

Pod fees charged by hosts

Some hosts may charge attendance fees for their pods. Those transactions are between you and the host. Pods Offline is not a party to those payments. If you have a dispute with a host over fees, contact us and we will do our best to help mediate.
